Pay with an exercise benefit

You can pay for upcoming billing periods with Smartum, ePassi, or Edenred through the providers’ online services or apps after joining. The processing time for exercise benefit balances is 1–2 weeks, so make sure to transfer the balance at least two weeks before your invoice due date. Payments can only be made via mobile or online payment; paper vouchers are not accepted.

Instructions for paying a recurring subscription with exercise benefits:

1. Log in to your exercise benefit provider’s online service or app.

2. Search for Konan Gym in the list of venues.

3. Choose the amount you want to pay.
   (You can transfer enough balance to cover several monthly payments—your balance will then be applied to upcoming membership fees.)

4. We receive an automatic confirmation of the transfer and process it within 1–2 weeks. Once processed, the transferred balance will be automatically applied to your next invoice.

If you want to purchase a 1-month recurring membership, a 12-month fixed-term membership, a fixed-term pass, or a single visit, you can pay for these directly in the online store with Smartum or ePassi.
If you are using Edenred, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Edenred’s online service or app.

2. Search for Konan Gym in the list of venues.

3. Choose the amount you want to transfer and add a note specifying which product the payment should be applied to, or send us a separate message. This ensures we activate the correct product for your account.

4. We receive an automatic confirmation and will process it. You will receive a receipt by email once the exercise benefit has been handled.
